fitness

well started my fitness regiment today. painful.
need to drink less beer. no more crap food, working back to south beach diet.
hard to keep on a diet when u travel.

won 1 game lost another this past weekend in cricket.
had a squash fitness program today, lots of stairs. I hate those stair excercises, b/c of my height I count 2 stairs as 1....so when I'm told to take 1 at a time, old habits die hard.
