Get to work this morning, to find 1 device is acting inappropiately, so I call tech support, we diagnose the issues and they send a part and a tech out.
tech turns out to be just a parts guy, not a true tech. he replicates what I did this morning....but in the midst of it 2 of my primary servers go down.
1 came back after a little tweaking...
the 2nd not so easily, it's looking like 16-24hrs more of work today, to get this damn M$ product back online.
I just love the resiliency of M$ products.
